Declaration on the protection of personal data

Jan Mára does not collect any data which would identify a specific person with the exception of cases where the person themselves will voluntarily provide Jan Mára with this data. This data may be acquired in the case that a person may voluntarily register for the purpose of using the services provided by the Jan Mára sever, participates in survey’s, voting, etc. Any personal information identifying an actual person will not be passed or sold to any third party with the exception of those cases where the user will be notified of this during the collection of data.

Jan Mára reserves the right to perform analyses regarding user behaviour on their Internet pages. Some of these analyses are, for example, measurement of visiting rate, number of users for advertising banners and the number of clicks on an individual banner, this data is also available for individual parties ordering the advertisement – always as a statistical summary, not in the form of a name list. Users should take into consideration that data which is voluntarily included into discussion forums or other automatically generated pages may be used by a third party. Such use of personal information cannot be controlled and Jan Mára does not bear any liability for this.

Users should take into consideration that some user information users may be automatically collected during standard operations of our server (e.g. the IP address of a user’s computer), as well as the use of cookies (small text files stored in the user’s computer whereby the server can distinguish a user who has already visited it and then record their behaviour and according to this fact, can for example, adapt the design and content or direct an advertising campaign towards). Cookies are not programs which can damage a user’s computes. Most browsers offer the option not to accept cookies – although the electronic shop will not function correctly without permitted cookies.

On request of the entrepreneur, Jan Mára will take all financially adequate steps to remove all personal data from the respective computer.
