K 720 is a high carbon tool steel for use in blade manufacturing.
Description of steel
Steel suitable for shearing tools (shearing machines and shears), sheet metal pressing tools, thread cutting tools, woodworking tools, machine knives in the wood and paper industry and for metalworking, measuring tools, injection molds. Can also be used as a dark component for Damascus steels.
