Kydex Desert Tan

KYDEX is a very durable thermoplastic alloy. It can be thermoformed in the temperature range 160 ° C - 200 ° C. Heating can be done in the kitchen oven or with a hot air gun. Unlike many other thermoplastics, KYDEX has an unusual resistance to complete melting (softening) in the molding temperature range. KYDEX can be shaped in classic forming presses, it is possible to weld, glue or mechanically connect (rivet, screw).
