The condition for acceptance of the goods for exchange or return within the statutory 14-day period is that it will be unused, in the same condition in which you received it from us and must still be able to resell. Otherwise, a deduction from the price of the goods may be deducted before the acquisition costs are reimbursed, due to the resale of the goods.
In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you as a consumer are entitled to a refund for the lowest amount of transport offered (if you choose a more expensive mode of transport).
