With the V-Sharp Classic II, the V-Sharp grinding system is a matter of course, which maintains a constant set angle and a constant pressure by means of calibrated springs. The angle can be set to three values 20, 25 and 30 ° depending on the type of blade of the ground knife. The adjustment of the angles is even simplified - the grinding bar folds out in the upper part and slides into the notch in the lower part - according to the required angle. The blade guide is adjusted with a screw at the top of the sharpener. The finishing steels are on the other side of the grinding bars in the form of a steel band - the grinding bar slides out as when changing the angle, rotates 180 ° and the sharpener is ready to finish and smooth the blade. The manufacturers recommend finishing with steel with a higher setting, ie if you have been grinding at an angle of 25 °, now set the steel to an angle of 30 °.

Abrasive surfaces are manufactured using a patented manufacturing process in which natural diamond of various grain sizes is permanently attached to a metal substrate. The sanding surfaces can be easily replaced - they slide onto the sanding rod - see figure. The abrasive bars supplied with the product have a grit size of 325. Other grit sizes of 600 and 1000 grit are available and can be ordered.

The V-Sharp Classic II sharpener is made of metal (steel, aluminum), in the lower part it is equipped with a non-slip pad and for your safety it is equipped with a plastic protector.
