Address changes, order cancellation.
You can cancel an order and change addresses (delivery, billing) in your client account until a certain stage of order processing. Alternatively, contact us at email@example.com and we will make the changes together.
Change or modification of ordered goods
If your order has already been paid for (online payment, bank transfer, PayPal), it is no longer possible to change, add or subtract anything from the order. If you chose cash on delivery, it is possible to make adjustments until your order is processed. For any modification of your cash on delivery order, always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If you are not sure about any of the selected goods when creating the order (correct size of the blade, pad, color, etc.), write your request in the notes of the order and choose payment by cash on delivery. Before processing the order, we will contact you and finalize the details.
