Do you deliver orders to Slovakia and other foreign countries?
Yes, we send orders to Slovakia via Zásilkovna. You can choose either delivery to the dispensing point or directly to your address.
We usually use local carriers from the selected country to other countries. You select the destination country in the cart, the transport prices for each country are different, and you will see them immediately after selecting the country.
What is the status of my order?
You can easily check the status of your order in your Jatagan online account. If the order is accepted in status, it means that we have received your order and are starting to work on it. As soon as the order is complete, you will receive an email with information about sending or collection options.
Is the goods available?
The availability of goods is listed online for each product on the website and is regularly updated. Each product and its variant has its own stock. By selecting the required product or its variant, the current status will be shown to you.
The goods are in stock - we have the goods in stock with us and it is possible to order them and we will send them immediately.
We deliver within X days - the goods are in stock at the supplier and we will send them as soon as we stock them. Usually for the number of days stated in the description.
Out of stock - the item is currently sold out, but is not excluded from the offer. With this option, you can activate guarding using the so-called watchdog. As soon as the goods are in stock again, we will inform you by the email you entered.
Sale ended - the goods are no longer in the offer of our e-shop. We will inform you about its availability by email shop@jatagan.eu or by phone 777/27 67 67
One piece from the order is not in stock. What does it mean?
There is nothing to worry about! It may happen that we do not currently have any of the items you ordered in stock (or you have ordered more than one item). But that doesn't matter. We will order the product from the supplier and we will contact you. The result is only a delay in delivery time of a few days.
In the event that the goods are not in stock at our place or at the supplier's, we will of course inform you.
When can I expect delivery?
If everything in your order is in stock, the order is shipped the same or the next day (depending on the time you created the order and the chosen mode of transport). Delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days.
Can the purchased goods be exchanged?

You can use the free delivery via the Mail Order service. All you have to do is take the shipment to any branch of the Mail Order and report the code for the return shipment, 92423409. The shipment will be sent back to us free of charge. You will be informed by e-mail about further processing.

Is it possible to cancel the order?
Yes, the order can be canceled either by phone at 777/27 67 67 or by e-mail at shop@jatagan.eu. The order number should be included in the email.
What is the status of my complaint?
By law, we have 30 days to settle the complaint. If the end of the complaint is approaching and you have not received any feedback, you can write to the information at shop@jatagan.eu

I want to see the goods directly at the store. Possible?
Yes, it is possible! Although we do not have a stone shop, the recommended option is to create an order on the e-shop, choose personal collection as transport. In this case, you will have all the goods you have in your order ready at our point of sale in Staré Buky, and you will be able to view it in person, or choose the one you like best from several pieces.
When will I receive points for my purchase?
Bonus points for your purchases will be credited to your account 14 days after the order is processed. This is when the order leaves our warehouse. You have 1 year to use bonus points for your next purchase. After this period, the points will be forfeited and cannot be used.
