It is undeniable that the acceptance and processing of any order involves a number of obligations that must be fulfilled by the seller. This incurs costs such as administration, payment terminals, payment for transaction, payment for posting, item fee for introduction into accounting, introduction fee for dispatch, packing fee etc.
As we try to provide our customers with good and low prices, orders below 20 € are loss making for us. Therefore, for orders up to 20 € (price of the goods without shipping) you will find in the cart a handling fee and packing fee of 2,55 €.
Thanks to this we want to maintain high quality and speed of processing and precision of packing of each, even the smallest order.
Handling fee and packing fee are payable together with the payment of the purchase price for the goods. They are an integral part of the order and cannot be excluded from the order up to 20 €.
