With the patented tool for grinding drills DBS-22, you can now grind your drills with the highest precision. The optimum cutting edge and cutting edge angle can be set with regard to specific drilling requirements, which depends on the size of the drill bit and the material. You can completely restore a worn drill, as well as restore a broken drill to its perfect shape.
You create a 4-facet blade that provides ideal cutting performance as the blade gains a point instead of being nearly flat like most drill bits. The 4-facet blade maintains direction and the required downforce is substantially reduced compared to a conventional tapered blade.
